Rates

At Residence Midi we do everything to make your stay as comfortable and affordable as possible. Residence Midi is primarily a residence space for musicians, artists and software developers but when our rooms are not occupied by artists they are open for regular bookings. Our rates vary depending on your chosen room and whether you are an artist or not. Artists can reserve their stay per week, regular reservations go per night. Group and corporate inquiries are welcome. We accept cash, cheques, wire-transfers, debit & credit cards.

• Prices incl. continental self service breakfast (regular guests only).
• Prices excl. tourist tax. Tourist tax = €0,70 Euro a night per person, above 18 years old.
• Pet supplementary: €6 a day.  Assistance dogs are free of charge.
•  Artists that come with their partner pay an extra of €12.5 per night.

By paying slightly higher public rates you directly support the residency grant pot. The grant pot enables artists with less financial means to come and stay at our residency. 

Grant

For artists with less financial means we founded the Residence Midi Grant scheme and implemented an optional payment plan. Our grant pays up to 50% of the cost of your stay. It does not cover travel cost or food. Our payment plan allows you to pay for your stay in installments.
